July 4th

We went to another wedding last night.

I started singing when the music started so I did not get to see the ceremony.

My front teeth finally came in.

Ha Ha...thanks Aunt Deb and Lisa. Really one of them came in.

I am working on 3 more of the top ones.
My first battle scars...

I fell the other day and busted my lip on the coffee table. My lip was bleeding... not sure who was more upset... me or mommy. Ten minutes later I got carpet burn on my chin. It was a rough day.

I went on our weekly swimming retreat with Granny Hall.

Swimming makes me tired. I fell asleep on the cup holder of the stroller.

I am 9 months old!!

I am having a great summer. I went to Nate's 2nd birthday party and my first wedding. I have enjoyed swimming with Grey, Nate, Aunt Jenn, MeMaw and Granny Hall. I also went to VBS. I loved listening to the music and playing with the other children.

I am pulling up on everything.

Fun in the sun! I loved swimming in my pool.
I went to the river for the first time. It was so fun. I loved splashing in the water.

One of my new favorite things to do is empty my toy basket.

I also starting saying "uh...oh" and rolling it up during patty cake.

Fun Times

I woke up from my nap Saturday morning to a house full. My Aunt Dawn, Uncle Bill, Lily, Aunt Magil, Sawyer, Aunt Jennifer, Grey, Nate, and Memaw all came over. I played with my cousins. We had the best time. I got to meet my cousin Sawyer for the first time. He is real cute. It was a wild and crazy day.

8 months old! Wow how time flies!

I turned 8 months old last week. My mom says I talk all the time. I make all kinds of noises now. I can do the Indian sound and car motor, and sometimes I growl. I make a "hum" sound when I am trying to get someones attention. I still say dada and bye bye all the time. Mommy is still waiting to hear mama. She tries to get me to say it. I just smile...I holding out on her. When my dad practices his guitar, I like to practice my singing. They tell me I have got a set of lungs. My cousin Lily taught me to wrinkle my nose when I smile. Everyone thinks it is adorable. Oh I almost forgot, I have two bottom teeth now. Mom took some pictures of me on my 8 month birthday.
